Slowww Dowwwn

Every week Kylee surprises me with new words and sentences. Its amazing how much they pick up from just listening to you and hearing ya in the background. She is starting to put words together for 2 -4 word sentences. We were walking home from the park yesterday which took forever by the way. She had to pick up every rock she saw. She said "another rock," and "got rock," "here daddy, rock." She seems to be very social as well. Takes her a couple minutes to warm up to people, but then is very comfortable with them. Everytime we go over, there is about 5 kids around the age of 10, she is nervous because they are all over the slides and what not, but yesterday she finally got brave and climbed right up there with them and played. At the park she had to taste styrofoam, rocks, and an empty Caprisun. Not sure if she needs any shots from that or not but ya. She also is doing well with her signs. There was this dog running around with a girl that is totally white with a black face. She kept doing the sign for racoon. It was funny. After hearing it bark and play with the kids she kept signing silly and happy. No she isn't deaf for ones that don't know Kylee well. We just have shown her Dvds about sign language and its helping her learn quickly. She says the word right along with the sign. Its fun... Tonight I thought we should put a video together with her doing some signs. Maybe Laura will do the same with Tyler, cause Tyler can do it in her sleep.
