WHO has raised the pandemic level to a 5 out of 6 today. Also today Utah now has a probable case. This is moving fast and I am now wondering if I should be scared. Whats your thoughts about this?

I saw this same map yesterday and it didn't look a thing like this today. Makes me really nervous. You could be behind someone in Walmart that just returned from Mexico or other places and you wouldn't even know you've caught something. Scary for sure.
My thoughts are to just wash your hands and cover your mouth when you cough. I'm actually not too worried about it and I work in SEVERAL medical facilities. Just make sure when you use a shopping cart to wash it off if you put your kids in it, if someone is coughing try to stay back, etc...and just wash your hands as much as possible.
